Luxury British watch brand Uniform Wares invited Felix de Pass to provide industrial design services and furniture products for the interior of their new showroom and headquarters designed by architects Feilden and Fowles. Two main elements were developed: a bureau for storage, archiving stock and functioning as a point of sale; and a modular tray system that can be curated to display watch ranges in different ways depending on the showroom visitor.

The material for the trays – of CNC machined aluminium with a black anodised finish – was selected to reflect the meticulous design philosophy of client Uniform Wares, and the craftsmanship and luxury of high-precision watch-making.

In addition to providing a means to showcase products to buyers and press, the trays simultaneously function as working containers for assembling watch parts in the workshop.
